'Sex and the City' Reviewed

Despite having to watch Carrie Bradshaw & Co.'s triumphant return while seated next to a heathen (see my earlier blog post), I did find Sex and the City: The Movie to be entertaining, albeit surprisingly melancholy and sometimes dark. I review the film for the web site Mommy Track'd here.

Because SATC did so well in its opening weekend -- $55+ million -- the film studio is already musing aloud about a possible sequel.

What did you think of the film? Did it meet your expectations? What would you want to see in a sequel?

hi meredith,

I'm Nikki Muller, a Broadcast Journalism student at Emerson College in Boston. I'm interested in doing two stories. Firstly, I think your previous blogs about moms taking their young daughters to the salon and/or plastic surgeon is incredibly interesting.

I also want to do a story about how different parents cope with the stress/loneliness/anxiety of their kids heading off to college. I'd love your input on this. I would like to do a video piece for our journalism website which we are re-launching: www.jsons.org

Please contact me at your earliest convenience: embrace.victory@gmail.com

All the best,
Nikki Muller
